What you get

Google Business Profile management for your company. Four things, every month:

• Profile build-out: categories, services, service areas, hours, description, photos, posts, and Q&A, done within 7 days of signing, then weekly upkeep after that.
• Reviews: review requests sent when jobs are done, and every review answered within 24 hours in your voice.
• Missed call text-back: a caller who can't be reached gets a text from your business number within 60 seconds, and the conversation continues by text.
• A one-page monthly report: calls from your profile, direction requests, website clicks, new reviews, and ranking for your main searches.

That's the whole service. If you read about something else somewhere, it isn't part of this.

What it costs

$497 a month, flat, billed monthly. Month to month. No contract. No setup fee. The price is the price, and we don't add anything on top of it.

Cancel with a text. Send it to (475) 225-1761 and you're done. We don't ask for a reason and we don't hold you to a notice period.

The website build is separate: $1,000, one time, and only for contractors who don't have a site. If you already have one, you don't need it and we won't sell it to you.

The 3 promises, and what happens if we miss one

• Your profile is fully built out within 7 days.
• Every review gets a reply within 24 hours.
• Every missed call gets a text back within 60 seconds.

No conditions on any of them. If we miss one, that month is free. Text or call and tell us, and we'll sort it out with you directly.

What we need from you

Three things, and they're quick:

• Manager access on your Google Business Profile. You keep ownership. We never ask for your Google password.
• Your business line connected for missed call text-back, so the text comes from your number and not a stranger's.
• Answers when we ask for photos or details about a job, a service, or a service area.

The 7-day clock starts when we have manager access, not when you sign. If access is held up on your end, the 7 days start the day it lands, and we'll tell you the date so we're both working off the same one.

What we don't promise

We don't promise a ranking position, and we don't promise a date you reach one. Movement in the map pack takes weeks and depends on your competition, your reviews, and how long your profile has existed. Nobody controls Google's results, and anyone who says otherwise is guessing.

The 3 promises above cover the things we control. Those are the ones we'll stand behind.

One contractor per trade, per county

We take one contractor per trade in a county. If you're a roofer, we won't sign another roofer in your county while you're with us. A concrete contractor in the same county is a different trade, so that's fine.

If your county is already taken for your trade, we'll say so on the call instead of signing you and hoping you don't notice. When you cancel, your county opens back up.

Your profile, your reviews, your phone number

All of it stays yours. The profile is in your name, the reviews belong to your company, and the phone number is yours. We're a manager on the account, nothing more.

If you leave, we hand back access, stop posting, and take the missed call text-back off your line. No hostage situation, no charge to get your own profile back. What we do with your information while you're a client is in the privacy policy.

Changes to the service or these terms

If the service or these terms change, we'll text and email you before the change starts, and the date at the top of this page changes with it. Since it's month to month, a change you don't like means you cancel and owe nothing further. We won't change your price in the middle of a month you've paid for.
