This is one page that tells you what Timeless Advertisement does with your information. It's written the way we'd say it on the phone. For the rules of the service itself, read the Terms.

What we collect
What you type into the form on this site: your name, your business name, your trade, the town you're based in, and your cell number.
Anything you say in a text or an email to us, and the phone number or address you sent it from.
That's it. The site asks you for nothing else.
Why we have it
To reply to you. To run the service if you sign up, which means building your Google Business Profile, sending review requests, answering reviews, texting back your missed calls, and sending your monthly report. And to keep records of what we did and when we did it, so we can answer you and stand behind the guarantee.
Texts and your consent
Your phone number and your text-message consent aren't shared with anyone else for marketing.
Texts from us go only to people who asked for them. If you gave us your number on the form or by texting us first, you're on that short list, and nobody else is.
Reply STOP to any text and the texts stop. Reply HELP and you get a reply telling you how to reach us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Who else touches it
Our form provider passes what you type into the form to Trevor's email, and our messaging provider carries our text messages. They handle it so we can run the service, and for nothing else.
Nobody buys this information from us. We don't sell it and we don't trade it.
Cookies and measurement
We add no advertising cookies and no ad-network trackers to this site. Nothing we put here follows you to other sites.
If we ever turn on simple traffic measurement, like counting page views, this page will say so and say what it collects.
How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted
If you contact us and don't sign up, we keep your name and number while we follow up, then it goes. If you sign up, we keep your records while you're a client and for a few years after, because that's what business and tax records take.
Want it gone sooner? Text or email and ask. We delete it and tell you it's done. Records we're required to keep, like billing, stay until we're allowed to delete them.
Changes to this page, and how to reach a human
If we change this page, we change the date at the top. Big changes get a note to current clients.
